Do you want to know more about how to set up a streamlined business adapted to the food industry?

Jesus India, businessman, chef and CEO of a new project “Emplatamos Food Lab”, a laboratory focussing on gastronomic ideas and businesses based on new and disruptive models. He’ll be giving this workshop on how to start up a business in the food industry in 2019. He’ll especially be focussing on the newest start-up models that can sometimes run into difficulties and restrictions.

During the day, he’ll try to respond to any related questions or doubts you may have and will show you the trends, tools and methods that, when correctly applied, could help business owners tackle issues correctly and legally in an industry where starting up a business can be excessively expensive.

And of course, as we’re talking about food, we’ll end the day of with a toast accompanied with something prepared by the chef himself!
